The meaning of Tesha is survivor, and this little girl was the sole survivor of a litter of kittens that mama had a uterine torsion that cut off the blood supply to the kittens. The fact that Tesha lived is truly a miracle. Mother had to have intensive surgery and blood transfusions to survive. All the time Tesha was fighting for her own life. Every two hours for weeks she was hand fed formula with little chance of survival. So, when Tesha not only survived, but also thrived, she earned a special place in the heart of Zen Cattery and will be a future queen. She is a solid blue color. No nickname for Tesha.....she is simply Tesha the survivor. |
