7 days ago we got Phoebe. Renee did an great job getting her ready for us. Through the years we have raised several different breeds. Siamese, Manx (Pixiebob), (very aggressive breed). cross siamese/ manx. And a couple of big mix breeds, most all polydactyls Not being able to get our cat from Renee until 12 weeks was hard, have gotten all our others at about 8. But I have to give kudos to Ranee. Our Phoebe was not only litter trained but also very gentle with not biting and able to feed with out any aggressive behavior at the bowl. Just to mention a couple of things Sooooo many little things that new kittens need to be taught were already trained in to our Phoebe. She and our Mini Ausie "Stella" already get along great. Stella bringing her and sharing her little stuffed toys. But I digress. I just have to say it is obvious to us that Renee@ Zen Cattery spends the time needed to prepare her babies for their "forever family" I would highly recommend Zen Cattery for your next family member.

We had a tough year in 2022 and 2023 with our pets. Zen Cattery went above and beyond to make us feel valued. Zen Cattery shared photos from the time the kitten was selected to the day before he came to his forever home. They made my kids' Christmas something special. They offered to drop off Nemo on Christmas day and surprise my girls. The memory was so special and my girls are in love with their boy. I would recommend Zen Cattery to anyone as they provide excellent customer service and provide support if needed, even after the kitten comes to your home. They are quick to respond to questions and/or concerns. We appreciate them so much.

I have bought two (soon to be three) kittens from Zen Cattery. That alone should say a lot! I used to swear I was a dog person until I got these cats. They are the silliest, sweetest creatures with huge personalities. RaNae is the absolute best about keeping you updated and sending lots of photos as they grow. When it was time for me to take them home, they both were already very well behaved and socialized. The transition was incredibly easy. This cattery is the best if you’re looking for an easy process and a new best friend.

Amazing breeders; knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy and great communication. RaNae would send pictures and videos so we could watch him grow! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a healthy, well socialized addition to their home. Above all I love that their fur babies are pets first and foremost and you can tell how much they have been loved on when you bring them home!

Zen Cattery-Maine Coons from Idaho are simply the best! RaNae and Jesse provide nothing but sincere care, love and support. After losing our 2 loved rescued SPCA felines after 16 years, I never thought I'd have another cat. However, my best friend told me about Zen Cattery as I always wanted a Maine Coon, but wanted to get one from a reputable breeder. Look no further; Zen Cattery made it happen! After getting our beautiful Mercedes, we decided to get her a playmate and went back and added our majestic MyBach to our family. RaNae and Jesse provided excellent updates before we got them both and were extremely flexible with schedules so we could get them as well as following up and checking in for any questions. We also absolutely love the connection on their website to connect with other Maine coon owners from Zen Cattery so we can see how each Maine coon grows and the lovely pictures and heart felt stories. Jesse also provides his commentary on each kitten (nicknames, favorite toys,etc) as they grow, which made the experience even more special. We consider Zen Cattery a member of our family as they brought love and joy into our home with the best Maine coons we could ever have. Thank you RaNae & Jesse! (and family)

Zen Cattery is more then just a place that breeds Maine Coons, it’s a business from the heart. RaNae and Jesse are a loving couple, who watch over their Kings and Queens with great care.rnEach litter is nurtured and loved like a little child. There was no adjustment needed when I first brought Inki home at the age of 3 months, nor his brother Bentley eight months later. I highly recommend them.
